In Uttarakhand BJP secured the majority by collecting 47 of seats in the 70 member assembly. In Manipur also BJP had got the clear majority, BJP got 32 of seats in the 60 member assembly, In last election INC was the single-largest party with 27 seats in 2017, but the party managed to win only 5 seats this time.
